Box Office Opening Times

Monday -Saturday 10am-5pm

For evening performances the Box Office remains open for half an hour after the show begins. We are closed Bank Holidays unless there is a performance. We may operate reduced opening times in August.

Booking by post/in person

For your safety and security you will be asked to provide your name, address, postcode, email address and a telephone number. If you wish to pay by cheque, please make it payable to "London Borough of Enfield" and provide an appropriately stamped addressed envelope if you wish your tickets to be posted, or you can collect them from Box Office at no extra charge.

Payment

We accept payment by cash, cheque, Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron and Solo. We do not accept American Express.

Reservations

Tickets may be reserved in advance and can be held without payment for up to 5 days by which time payment must be made to confirm the booking or tickets will be released.

Discounts

Discounted tickets are shown in brackets on selected shows and available selected concessions such as over 60s in full-time retirement, under 16s, recipients of job seekers allowance or full-time students. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers (unless specifically stated), or applied retrospectively, and may be withdrawn at any time. Proof of ID may be requested.

Tickets for Schools

For certain events, tickets can be purchased at reduced prices for teacher-led school/college groups. See our brochure or call the Box Office for details. Tickets for school groups must be paid for no later than 7 days prior to a performance.

For certain events, group discounts are offered to groups of 9 or more people - please call the Box Office or see our brochure for further details of these discounts.

Babies

All children, including babes-in-arms, must have a ticket for admission. Under 3s will not be admitted unless otherwise stated for specific shows. Parents are advised to check age guidelines in advance as not all performances are suitable for children. Age guidance will be published online and in the season brochure wherever possible.

Offers & Discounts

From time to time we may make additional special offers in addition to those published in brochures or on our website. We are unable to refund the difference for those who have booked prior to these offers being released.

Ticket Refunds

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled.

Reselling Tickets

Tickets received at the Box Office less than 24 hours before the performance may be offered for sale once all house tickets have been sold, and at the discretion of the Customer Service Team Supervisor. Re-selling your ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void. Only tickets purchased from our Box Office or our appointed agents are valid for admission.

Other Venues

We are sometimes contracted to sell tickets for other organisations hiring our spaces or for events at other venues. We may contact you about these events, but we will not give your personal information to any third parties. As a department of the London Borough of Enfield we may occasionally contact you about Council related news or events.
