Forty Hall Estate is owned and managed by Enfield Council.
Step into the Hall to admire the fine architecture and stunning period rooms. Enjoy learning about the history of Forty Hall Estate through the ages and about the life of its original owner Sir Nicholas Rainton. The permanent exhibition offers a range of visual and audio interpretation and displays so there are ample ways for all of the family to engage with learning about the Hall in an enjoyable way.
The 273 acre Grade II listed estate is a rare example of an intact 18th Century Landscape, with an ornamental lake, medieval fishing ponds and streams, a walled garden, pleasure grounds, Georgian and Victorian flora and fauna, lakes, lawns, and meadows.
