The Cultural History of Enfield Lecture (Enfield Poets Literary Festival)

After the riveting lecture ‘Fascinating Florence’ in 2025, Maureen is back for another Literary Festival with us.
She will speak about the beauty of the countryside around Enfield, the literature it has inspired overthe centuries and begin to explore the impact of compulsory elementary education in encouraging reading and appreciation of nature.
