Join us for a fascinating and fun-filled day as we bring the history of Elsyng Palace to life — once home to Tudor royalty and one of Enfield’s most important historic sites.

This special event is a wonderful opportunity for families, friends, and history lovers of all ages to discover the story of the palace and the Tudors who built and lived there.

Throughout the day, you’ll be able to:

• Watch archaeologists in action as they carefully excavate the site and uncover clues from the past
• Get up close to Tudor artefacts and learn how people lived over 400 years ago
• Have a go at your own mini dig in our hands-on sandpit excavation area
