Echoes Audio Walk (Enfield Poets Literary Festival)

Saturday 26th September, 11am

Poet Anthony fisher will introduce the Shades of Forty Hall walk. Poems from this collection curated by Anthony – which can be purchased in the gift shop - have been recorded by the authors and an audio walk has been installed. Anthony will lead a group walking from audio hotspot to the next on a trail around the grounds immediately around the Hall, and the author of the poem will be played of a portable speaker.

The Echoes app is available for on both Android and IOS phones and is free to download.

Anthony Fisher is a poet, performer and industrial chemist, he began writing creatively in the 1980s and has been active in the poetry community ever since. A co-founder of Enfield Poets, he has performed alongside leading poets including Carol Ann Duffy and Andrew Motion and now combines poetry with original music and acoustic guitar.

The Enfield Poets Literary Festival is a celebration of words, voices and creativity in our community, bringing together established and emerging writers for readings, workshops, discussions and more.
