Front of House Operations Assistant
The Front of House Operations Assistant provides operational and event support within Forty Hall, a busy heritage and cultural venue working with a small dedicated and enthusiastic team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop a career within the heritage, hospitality and event management sectors whilst ensuring the smooth running of our programme of events and day-to-day activities. The year round programme consists of a variety of events including weddings, conferences, community festivals, concerts, workshops and schools sessions.
The successful candidate will be customer focussed and efficient with an eye to detail and a desire to serve the customer. You will have excellent skills with IT booking Systems and be equally as comfortable undertaking manual tasks including room set-up and emergency cleaning tasks. The post requires a commitment to increase income through the hire of our beautiful building and the sale of merchandise through our gift shop.
