When BBCs Antiques Roadshow came to Forty Hall!

In September 2020, BBC 1's primetime favourite, Antiques Roadshow filmed three episodes at Forty Hall. Forty Hall looked amazing in the Autumn sunshine, and all three shows showcased the best that Forty Hall has to offer.

If you missed any of the shows, they are still available to watch on BBC iplayer:

Series 43 - Forty Hall 1:

In Antiques Roadshow's 1st visit to Forty Hall, treasures include some real-life Storm Troopers with a set of Star Wars toys, a policeman’s helmet worn by John Lennon, and a rock crystal Faberge cigarette case complete with a ruby. There are also an early post-box and a poster for one of Pink Floyd’s very first concerts. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m000r0bw/ant...

Series 43 - Forty Hall 2:

In this episode, the treasures include a pair of miniature hands crafted by the artist Lucien Freud, a model of Donald Campbell's Bluebird which broke the land-speed record in 1964, and a destination board from the front of an early London bus. Plus a rare set of wedding jewellery from Nepal and a diamond cross and gold necklace with a hefty price tag. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m000t982/ant...
