We are proud to announce the biggest Summer season of events to date here at Forty Hall. With more events taking place than ever before you really can find great value activities right here in North London.This summer, you won't have to worry about keeping your children entertained, as we have many exciting activities for your child to enjoy. Whether it's shadow puppetry or photographing the captivating views of the estate, there is something your child will love this summer!

If you're the parent of a nature-loving explorer, then bring your child along to Bug Club; an exciting opportunity for children aged 4-11 to learn about the habitats of Forty hall…followed by a creative session which could include making butterfly plants or making their very own glass ladybugs! These workshops come at the fantastic value of £4, inclusive of an interactive look at the habitats of forty hall followed by a creative session. Another brilliant event for nature lovers is our beautiful Still Waters event. A tranquil, captivating workshop for children to discover the hidden ponds of forty hall, offering the chance to make their own 3D sculptures back at the hall, made from clay and natural materials. This event is affordable, at the cost of £5, moreover it is an educational yet remarkable experience for your child to enjoy.

If your child loves arts and photography, then don't hesitate to involve them in Photography Fun, a challenge for children aged 4-11 where they can capture Forty Hall in new ways, photographing their surroundings. If your child is slightly older, then they can also partake a similar activity, Snap That. This workshop offers independence for them to go off and take the pictures for themselves, capturing the picturesque surrounding while picking up new tips and tricks. Both of these fantastic workshops cost only £5, therefore they can explore new approaches to photography at an affordable cost. Another artistic event for your child is the weaving workshop, inspired by the talented Cos Ahmet, whereby your child can consider identity and memory and put their knowledge into an identity loom. This event is thought provoking for younger children.

Your child won't be short of performances and entertainment this summer, as we will have many events for your child to laugh at, enjoy and interact in. Reggae OnThe Lawn is a fantastic celebration of culture here at Forty Hall, and is fun for the whole family! Discover some of the best up and come Reggae artists and enjoy an afternoon of diversity, culture and community at Forty Hall's lawn. For the 6th year running, we will of course be holding Livestock festival this year on our atmospheric farm. With a wide range of musical genres, activities for children and food for all, Livestock is an unmissable musical extravaganza. For a comical experience, bring the whole family along to a performance of Billionaire Boy, by David Walliams. this is a funny, heartwarming show brought to life by the outdoor surroundings and picnics that can be brought.

If you have a younger child who is a lover of stories, interactivity and craft, then bring them along to our Stories and More event where they bring old folk tales and newer books to life through the expression of song, craft and rhyme. This event costs only £4, and gives your little ones the opportunity to learn more about storytelling whilst having an enjoyable time with other children.

Since your children are off school for a longer time, then keep their brains refreshed and entertain them with our wide range of suitable activities for summer. This will prevent any chances of boredom and save hassle by only visiting somewhere local yet equally enjoyable.
