Celebrate the longest day of the year by having an evening stroll along some of the most picturesque parts of Enfield.
The Solstice Walk on Sunday 21 June will start at Camelot Moat in the historic Trent Park and will follow a scenic route to Forty Hall.
Join leading Forty Hall Learning & Conservation Officer Jason Peters as he highlights wildlife and gives a tour of Enfield’s heritage along the Turkey Brook and estate.
Forty Hall’s bar will be open post-walk for summer refreshments.
Enfield Council’s Cabinet Member for Culture, Leisure, Youth and Localism, Bambos Charalambous said: “This is a great way to be reminded of the beauty of Enfield and to appreciate some of the borough’s less well known open spaces.”The walk lasts for two and half hours and more information can be found at www.fortyhallestate.co.uk.
