Reggae and Lovers Rock are among the rich kaleidoscope of live music that you will be able to hear during Forty Hall Park's Reggae on the Lawn event on Sunday 20th August.

We've compiled a list of FAQs to answer any questions that you might have about the first ever reggae festival at Forty Hall, please see below:

Where does Reggae on the Lawn take place?
Reggae On The Lawn 2017 takes place at Forty Hall Estate Enfield.

We’re extremely honoured to be bringing Reggae On The Lawn to the beautiful historical grounds of Forty Hall House
We ask all customers to show the local area and residents the same respect by arriving and leaving the event quietly and politely, leaving any litter in the bins provided or taking it with you when you depart.

Travel Information
How do I get to the event?
If you’re coming to the event, we advise that you come by public transport.

BUS
You can get 191 or W10 from Enfield Town orEnfield Chase stations – simply jump on the 191 bus to Forty Hill and it is then a 5 – 10 minute walk up the hill or take the W10 to roundabout Myddelton Avenue and then it’s a10 minute walk up Forty Hill

LONDON OVERGROUND

From North- the nearest station is Turkey Street and 20 minute walk.

From Central London- Enfield Town, Enfield Chase or Southbury and 191 bus to Forty Hill.

LONDON UNDERGROUND

Oakwood (Piccadilly Line) then buses 307 or 121 to Enfield Town Windmill Hill, then 191 to Forty Hill

PARKING

Is there car parking?
There is no parking on site for standard ticket holders. Limited parking is available for VIP ticket holders and Blue Badge holders only.

Limited alternative parking will be available 5minutes walk from the venue. Please note this is run by an independent organisation and you must pay for the day.

Can I cancel or return my ticket?
Please note that all tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable.

ENTRY TO THE EVENT

What is the age limit for entry?

Please note that all under 18 year olds must be accompanied to Reggae On The Lawn by an adult. An adult cannot be responsible for more than 4 under 18 year olds.

You may be asked to present valid ID and the only accepted forms of ID are a valid, in date passport or driving license.

To purchase alcohol you may be asked to provide valid photo ID proving you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photo ID with you.

11-17 – CHILD TICKET PRICE

Is there re-entry on the day?
There is a strict no re-entry policy on the day. The gatesare open from 11.30 –and last entry is at 4pm for all ticket holders.

VIP Ticketholders

VIP Ticketholders will enter the festival site via Fast Track Entry at the entrance. The VIP area is the magnificent Walled Garden and will include a bar, benches andtable service. VIP tickets include premium food anddrink selections.
All bars will have a larger serving area and all bars will accept cash contactless.

Prohibited Items

Please note that you cannot bring pressurised gas canisters into the venue. You will be asked to surrender any canisters or be refused entry. You cannot bring any liquids into the venue.
You are allowed to bring prescribed medication on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note or valid medical certificate.

Can I bring my own food & drink?

You cannot bring any food or drink into the festival. There are fully licensed bars on site and a selection of street food concessions catering to a variety of tastes

Will there be cash machines?
There will be a cash machine on site however to avoid queues, we recommend bringing all the cash you expect to need for the day with you when you arrive. Cards will be accepted at the main bar.

Applying for disabled access/ PA / carer tickets
We provide a free ticket for a personal assistantfor those that would be unable to attend or whose experience would be greatly impaired without their presence.
Please follow the steps below to apply. The deadline for applications is Monday 31st July 2017. We cannot accept applications submitted after this time.
Please let us know in advance when you apply if you require the help of more than one personal assistant or carer for your time at the event. We cannot provide carer tickets on the day. Please can you let us know if you require parking on site as a carer.

TICKETS:
Purchase a festival ticket from this website or direct from the website or by calling 020 8807 6680.
Please email info@mih-o.com to request your free ticket for your personal carer or assistant.You will need to quote the ticket reference number of the ticket you purchased and attach a copy of your qualifying document. We will respond to your request within 7 working days.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR A FREE TICKET:
Automatic Eligibility
A photocopy/scan of one of the following documents (dated within the past 12 months if DLA or Attendance Allowance) submitted with a valid festival ticket reference number:
Front page of DLA or PIP letter (no specific rate required)
Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)
Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
Medical professional’s letter
The Access Card or equivalent
Statement (with option to send alternative evidence)
We recognise that the evidence above is not definitive. If you do not have any of the above evidence but wish to apply for a free carer’s ticket, we ask that you email us stating why you require one. Your application will be judged on a case-by-case basis by our Access Officer.

I am member of the press, how do I apply for press accreditation?

Please email info@mih-o.com You will need to copy of your press accreditation on the day of the event.
